Returns and Exchanges

OTSCR will commence the custom build process within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reviewing your order during this time and making any necessary changes is important. After the 24-hour period, no further changes can be made.

If you wish to return a custom build PC, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. All returned custom-built PCs are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Opened or activated software, white glove delivery service, special order items, and all orders over $4,000 are not eligible for return or refund.
