- Availability of Replacement Parts: Finding replacement parts for certain keyboards can be challenging, especially for gaming laptops. We strive to source the best quality parts, but availability may vary depending on your device’s make and model.
- Mac Computers: Due to the complexity of the design, we have not performed keyboard replacements on Mac computers since 2015.
- Surface Laptops: Unfortunately, we do not offer keyboard replacement services for Surface laptops.
- Individual Keys: We do not replace individual keys on keyboards. Our services involve replacing the entire keyboard unit to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Parts Sales: We do not sell keyboards as standalone parts. Our keyboard replacement service includes both the part and the installation.
- Custom Desktop Keyboards: We regret to inform you that we cannot provide any servicing or repair for custom desktop keyboards at the moment.
