Initial Consultation
Upon your arrival at our home office, we’ll discuss the issues you’re experiencing with your computer. This step is crucial for understanding the problem and determining whether it’s within our scope of repair services.
Intake Form
If we are able to fix your computer problem, we will ask you to fill out an Intake Form. This form helps us keep track of the repair process and communicate with you effectively throughout the process.
Pre-Repair Assessment
If there is any uncertainty about our capability to fix your computer based on the information provided in the initial form, we will review it prior to your appointment. This confirms whether we can obtain the necessary parts and perform the repair. If we find out that we cannot provide the service you require, we will inform you promptly via email. However, if you miss our communication, we will still assist you in the right direction. If necessary, we will also guide you to a recommended alternative provider.
Diagnostic Service
A diagnostic fee applies ($65 for laptops and manufactured desktops, $90 for custom-built desktops) to identify the precise cause of the issue. Repair Updates and Approvals
Once we diagnose the problem, we’ll update you on the potential costs, repair duration, part shipment times, and estimated arrival. We won’t proceed with any repairs until we have your approval.
Repair and Quality Assurance
We promptly complete the repairs upon receiving any necessary parts. Each repair is followed by comprehensive testing to ensure everything is working correctly.
Pickup Coordination
We’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time after the repair. We are flexible and can reschedule the pickup if needed.
