Typically, we can complete on-site computer setups within an hour, but certain setup services, such as Data Transfer, may take several hours to complete. In such cases, we recommend setting up a computer in our shop rather than on-site.
Specialized Configurations for Apple Products
We specialize in Apple product integration. We can link your MacBook, iPhone, and iPad together and create a seamless ecosystem of devices for you. We can also configure and set up iCloud so that all your devices can start syncing.
Exclusions in Our Setup Services
At OTSCR, our expertise is in setting up personal and small business computers. We do not offer services related to the setup of servers, NAS servers, or enterprise-level drives. Our services do not include configuring computers for events or setting up computer booths for expos. Additionally, we do not provide services for configuring mail servers or Outlook.
